AI Native Code · Engineering Practice

Stay sharp as agentic coding evolves.

With Rinat Abdullin

Practical guidance for engineers who already work with coding agents and want a more systematic way to use them.

Each Module takes one engineering question, examines it in real code, and carries it through to practical takeaways you can apply in your projects.

How it works

A month focused on one engineering topic.

Each Module shows an engineering approach at work in real code. You get the source and the reasoning behind the result, so you can judge how it fits your own codebase.

Articles & source code

Read the explanation and inspect the code at your own pace.

Optional practice

Try the approach yourself with a practical exercise. Reading and following the examples is participation, too.

Two video sessions

We meet twice during the module to walk through the source code, and review practical exercises. Both meetings are recorded, 30-45 minutes each.

Written material and source code are in English. Videos/Live sessions and the Telegram community are in Russian.

The first Module

Module 1: Organize your codebase for agents

Help coding agent find the context and tools it needs.

We’ll organize the discovery path from entry instructions to relevant documents, code, and verification.

  • give a fresh agent a clear starting point;
  • load relevant context through progressive disclosure;
  • inspect real sessions and improve the discovery path.

The workflow you’ll take away:

Entry instructions → document discovery → relevant context → work → verification.

The author

Hi, I’m
Rinat Abdullin.

I’ve been working on commercial software since 2003. That includes scaling an online e-commerce platform past 1.5 billion events and helping teams in Europe and the US build LLM-driven products. Today, I’m building BitGN, a high-load platform that evaluates AI agents working in complex business environments, with hundreds of millions of AI tool calls already tracked.

I build and maintain this project (and more) with coding agents.

Each module on this platform comes from my practice. I’ll show you the problems and approaches to solving them, along with the source code. You can inspect what I do, practice hands-on, and apply the learnings to your own codebases.

Who it’s for

Build on the way
you already work.

These materials are a good fit if you:

  • Already use a coding agent and want a more systematic engineering practice.
  • Work with real codebases that include legacy code, tests, CI, and architectural constraints.
  • Want a trusted way to follow useful AI coding practices without tracking every new tool and claim yourself.
  • Are comfortable learning independently from written material, source code, and guided walkthroughs.
