Terms & Conditions for AI Coding Field Lab
Revision History
- 2026-08-06: Version published.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and use of online courses and separately sold webinar recordings (together, “Digital Products”) provided by Rinat Abdullin, a sole proprietor in Austria (the “Author”), through AI Coding Field Lab (the “Website”). By registering, using the Website, or buying a Digital Product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The contract between you and the Author is concluded when you complete payment.
Before purchase, the Website shows the selected Digital Product, total price, payment methods, and these Terms. After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation.
2. License and Access
Courses. Courses are available for viewing on the Website only, not for download. After purchase, you receive access via your registered email and/or account login. This license is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
Separately sold webinar recordings. A separately sold webinar recording includes only the existing recording identified at purchase. It does not include later recordings, updates, revised versions, additional materials, or other services unless the Website says so at purchase. Recordings are for viewing on the Website only and may not be downloaded, shared, redistributed, resold, publicly displayed, or transferred.
Access requires a Website account and authentication, including through third-party identity providers such as Google OAuth. Access is tied to the authenticated account and remains available while the Website operates, unless suspended or terminated under these Terms. You are responsible for your account and login security.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown on the Website. Payment is due at purchase and is one-time unless stated otherwise. Access is granted after payment is processed.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If Stripe processes the payment, Stripe may process payment data to complete the transaction, issue confirmations, and prevent fraud. The Author does not store full card details.
The Website may sell individual access or access keys, including bundles for teams. Key recipients must sign in and redeem a key to activate access. Keys are single-use once redeemed, unless the Website says otherwise.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Right of Withdrawal for Consumers)
4.1 Consumers (B2C): right of withdrawal
EU/EEA and UK consumers may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. This right does not apply to business purchases unless mandatory law says otherwise.
To withdraw, email biz@abdullin.com with the purchase email and Digital Product name. We will confirm receipt by email.
If you withdraw, we will refund your payment within 14 days, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
After withdrawal, access is disabled. You must stop using the Digital Product and must not make it available to third parties.
4.2 Purchases outside the right of withdrawal
Except where required by applicable law, refunds are not offered.
Business customers and others without a statutory withdrawal right may contact us about order issues, but refunds are provided only where required by law or expressly offered by the Author.
4.3 Model withdrawal form
You may use the following form, but it is not required:

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Digital Products and related materials are owned by the Author. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Digital Products and Website are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, uninterrupted access, security, or error-free operation.
The Digital Products may discuss software tools, APIs, AI systems, code examples, workflows, or third-party services. They are educational materials. Third-party tools may change, and examples may become outdated. You are responsible for testing anything before using it in your own systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Author is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the Digital Products or Website.
8. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the Author for your purchase and use of the Digital Products.
The Author may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Website.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Austrian law. If you are a consumer, this does not limit mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction rights under applicable law. Subject to those rights, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Austrian courts.
